Torre and the team at Hooked On Code have far exceeded our expectations with helping us redesign and reinvigorate our old website that we have struggled for years trying to redo with other various companies. They worked with us through every step of the process. We were in constant contact via phone meetings and email to help ensure that our vision and goals were manifested into our dream website. They would have periodic milestones for the development where we can see their progress and give our thoughts on any changes. The transition and final launch was seamless and our team and patients have had nothing but praise for the finished product. Any new additions we would like are quickly added and updated to the site. The support has been fantastic. A lot of companies in the past would build us a website and lack severely on the follow up support. When I started working with Hooked on Code over three years ago, we were in a bad situation. Our previous web agency turned an 8-week website build into a 6-month ordeal. The relationship with that agency also wasn't easy or productive. It was almost impossible to edit our site and difficult to post new content. We started with Hooked On Code on a monthly Care Plan because we needed immediate fixes and updates, and then went through a larger rebuild project with them. It's a game changer to have the ability to make edits and post new content ourselves. Over the past year our web projects have been much simpler thanks to Hooked On Code's new site build. We have continued our monthly Care Plan which works well for our business. When we have an update to the site, we simply put in a ticket, get an estimated date of completion, then it's completed on time. I personally think their ticket system makes working together even easier. I can upload images, share links, and have conversations all in one area. I have work with several different people at the agency on different projects. They are all friendly, educated, and thoughtful. A few team members are also downright hilarious!
